What to Expect:
60-minute immersive sound experience
Guided lying down meditation using sound as a central place of focused awareness
Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain drums, mantra and healing sounds
Time for integration, self-reflection, and discussion
What to Wear:
Wear warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move easily. Your body temperature will drop when in stillness for long periods of time
What to Bring:
We will provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket. Please also consider bringing a pillow, extra blankets, or a second yoga mat for extra thickness
